We're a family-run company remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and whole homes across Central Florida. When you call, you talk to the owner — not a call center, not a salesman.
We sit down at your place and talk about what's not working, what you want, and what it should cost. Bring your Pinterest boards. You'll know within an hour if we're a fit.
You get a written proposal that spells out the scope, the finishes, the schedule and the payment plan. If anything changes later, you approve it in writing before we spend a dollar of yours.
I pull every permit and schedule every inspection. It's part of the job, not an add-on or an upsell. That license number on everything? The county knows me by name.
My crew shows up when I say they will, protects everything we're not touching, and cleans up every single day. I text you updates so you're never left wondering.
We walk the finished space together, and I don't call it done until you do. Every job carries a 1-year workmanship warranty — and you keep my cell number.
And every one gets the same treatment: design, permits, build, cleanup — one team, one point of contact, start to finish.
The room you actually live in. Cabinets we supply and install ourselves, and layouts that still work when both of you are cooking.

Waterproofing done right the first time, tile that lines up, and a room that feels like a hotel you'd rather not check out of.

More room without moving. In-law suites, home offices, garage conversions — the space your house always needed.

That's been the rule since day one. Your home is where your kids do homework and where you land after a long day. We treat it that way the whole time we're working in it.
We're a small company on purpose. I'm on your job, I answer my own phone, and the crew in your house is my crew — people I've worked beside for years, not whoever a franchise dispatched that morning.
Most of our projects start with a room that stopped working years ago. Drag the handle — this part never gets old for us.
Tub-to-shower conversion — one of our most requested projects.

Real projects, really our photos — kitchens, baths, additions and commercial build-outs across Central Florida.

“Johnny was the first contractor to get back to us. His estimate was fair and detailed — excellent from start to finish.”
“The team was professional, on time, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. Everything was completed cleanly and efficiently.”
“The quality of the cabinets, countertops and finishes exceeded our expectations.”
We come to you — consultations and estimates happen at your home, not an office.

Every proposal is a fixed written price with material allowances spelled out line by line. Pick finishes above the allowance and you approve the difference in writing before we order anything. The number you sign is the number you pay — unless you change the plan, and then you'll see the change first.
All of them. We pull every permit the project requires and handle every inspection from start to finish. As a licensed Florida General Contractor (CGC#1540583), that's part of our job — not an add-on or an upsell.
Yes — and I know exactly why you're asking. Showing up when we say we will and calling back when we say we will is half the reason our clients refer us to their neighbors.
Most full kitchens run 4 to 8 weeks once materials are in hand. You'll get a real schedule in writing before we start, and if anything shifts, you'll hear it from me first — not figure it out from an empty driveway.
Yes — we supply and install cabinets for kitchens, baths and built-ins. One less vendor for you to chase, and one call to make if anything's ever off. (It won't be.)
Every job carries a 1-year workmanship warranty on top of all manufacturer warranties. And you'll have my cell number — call it.
Call, text, email, or use the form. Either way you'll hear back from me — not a machine — within one business day.
