Every proposal is a fixed written price with material allowances spelled out line by line. Pick finishes above the allowance and you approve the difference in writing before we order anything. The number you sign is the number you pay — unless you change the plan, and then you'll see the change first.

Most full kitchens run 4 to 8 weeks once materials are in hand. You'll get a real schedule in writing before we start, and if anything shifts, you'll hear it from me first — not figure it out from an empty driveway.
