Salon suites, refreshed.

Sola Salons is a suite concept: independent stylists and beauty pros each running their own studio under one roof. The suites were busy; the common areas — entry, hallways, break room and restrooms — were showing their age. Our job was to bring them up to the standard of the brand without disrupting a building full of appointments.

We worked around the stylists' schedules, kept the site clean every day, and sequenced the work so no hallway was closed for long. The client furnished the finishes; we handled the demo, the prep and the install.

• Entry — removed the faux wall and closed the header, prepped walls for wallpaper, demoed the old tile, installed LVT in a pattern layout beneath the stone feature wall
• Hallways — pulled the old carpet and base, installed carpet tile in a 90° herringbone pattern, new wall base
• Paint — hallways, changing room, both restrooms and break room: prep, prime and finish coats
• Break room — demoed the floor tile, installed LVT at a 45° angle, replaced the counter backsplash
• Restrooms — replaced the 72" sink and faucets, swapped the large mirror for two single mirrors, ADA stall faucets and mirror, men's room faucets and mirror
