Florida Surgical Specialties needed an office that matched the level of care they give their patients. Here's the before and after — thirty-two seconds, top to bottom.

The project

Rebuilt top to bottom — while the practice kept running.

The space hadn't been touched in decades: fluorescent troffers, gray carpet, oak vanities, and a break room straight out of the 90s. We were hired to rebuild it into a space a surgical practice could be proud to bring patients and referring physicians into.

Commercial work has its own rules — permits, inspections, ADA, fire code — and it has to happen without shutting the doors for months. We handled every permit and inspection start to finish, sequenced the work room by room, and kept the practice open.

Conference room — floor-to-ceiling slat-wall feature, marble accent panels, LED cove ceiling, new porcelain tile floor
Lobby feature wall — marble slab with slat-wall surround and backlit practice signage
Private offices — dark built-in cabinetry, new lighting, paint and trim
Break room — custom cabinetry, black quartz counters, built-in microwave, under-cabinet LED lighting
Restroom — black marble slab wall, slat-wall accent, floating vanity with LED mirror, porcelain tile
Throughout — new flooring, doors, paint and trim; permits and inspections handled by us
